A sub-center planned and built at the northern end of the subway. Government offices, a large shopping complex and a soccer stadium are gathered here. The city is about twenty minutes away, and since trains start from this station you can ride sitting down. The roads are wide and the blocks neatly laid out, so it is comfortable to walk around.
