Large commercial facilities, a museum and a duty-free shop are gathered in one place, so a weekend outing can be done within the neighborhood. The roads are wide and the blocks neatly laid out, so it is comfortable to walk around. Because it is a planned district, it has little of the charm of an old shopping street.
