DutiesThis is a sales position proposing systems that use robots and systems to automate the work of "carrying, collecting and arranging products" in logistics warehouses and factories. For the logistics industry, where labor shortages are becoming serious, you will propose solutions that combine transport robots (AGVs) and automated warehouse systems to reduce the burden on sites and improve productivity. Main duties: ・Responding to inquiries from users about products and systems ・Hearing about the current situation and issues of warehouses and factories ・Proposing AGVs and automated warehouse systems and preparing explanatory and presentation materials ・Customer support after orders are received, following up from implementation to delivery ・Operational support and improvement proposals after implementation ※In-house engineers will support you with technical content.
