DutiesYou will be in charge of sales of the company's condominium units, entire buildings, income properties, etc. The main duties are developing new relationships with and building ties to domestic inbound-focused real estate brokerage companies, and providing property information and proposal-based sales. You will also handle all practical work for overseas investors, from introducing properties, arranging viewings and negotiating terms to concluding contracts and handover. You are also expected to collect market needs and reflect them in the planning and purchasing of the next company properties.
