DutiesYou will be responsible for reception, payment and appointment management for patients visiting the clinic. As counseling work, you will interview patients, propose treatment plans and prepare quotes. You will also handle follow-up before and after treatment, aftercare contact, and inquiries by email, chat and phone. This work supports smooth treatment and a comfortable experience in cooperation with in-house staff.
