DutiesAt a multilingual contact center, you will be in charge of operator work. The main duties are interpreting conversations between Japanese people and foreign nationals, interpreting for native staff working at overseas call centers, contacting overseas corporations, translating emails, and providing support in Japanese. Using phones and video equipment, you will handle inquiries to transportation, stores, medical facilities, public institutions, etc. It also includes incidental work such as Japanese-language tasks, reporting, escalation, guiding junior staff, sending emails, creating materials, checking equipment and day-duty tasks.
