DutiesYou will be in charge of arranging air imports and ocean imports. The main work is accepting cargo tracking requests, giving instructions to and checking status with overseas local subsidiaries by email, and checking schedules using the system. You will also guide customers, adjust delivery dates, give customs clearance, delivery and billing instructions to the relevant work sites, and respond to inquiries about charges.
