DutiesYou will be entrusted with everything from design and cost estimation to construction management of electrical work associated with air conditioning renovation work at office buildings, commercial facilities, factories, medical and welfare facilities, etc. Specifically, you will conduct site surveys accompanying the sales department, check estimates from partner companies, analyze, calculate and create drawings based on survey data, prepare estimates, make proposals based on design drawings, check actual conditions at construction sites, and manage safety and deadlines. Using your experience in construction management of electrical equipment work, you will be involved in upstream design and supervision work.
