DutiesAt a dining bar in Hawaii, we will entrust you with assisting the head chef. The main work includes all cooking duties, menu development, and training local staff in cooking and customer service. You will also be in charge of sales and income/expenditure management, inventory management such as purchasing and procurement, creating manuals for new store launches, and coming up with events and new menu items. ※Before your overseas assignment, you will undergo training at the Osaka head office for about 3 months to half a year.
