The main duties are petty cash management, storing and filing accounting books, invoice management, journal entries and bookkeeping (QBO), AP/AR, managing the fixed asset ledger, and calculating depreciation. You will also prepare monthly reports and closing materials, assist with tax filing and payment, and handle other general affairs tasks.
