DutiesIn-depth sales proposing domestic real estate that matches the needs of domestic corporate and individual investors. You will handle a wide range of properties centered on commercial buildings (5–30 oku yen, i.e. 500 million–3 billion yen), as well as residences, offices, hotels, etc. You will support customers over the long term, from property selection and sales contracts to asset management, property management and sale. You will deal with overseas individual investors in Japan and in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc., covering all areas of real estate investment including finance arrangement.
