DutiesYou will develop and expand business in syndicated loans, M&A finance, data center financing, bilateral loans, etc. in Japan. You will be in charge of providing loans to high-net-worth clients investing in Japanese real estate and analyzing financial statements, credit agreements and loan schemes. You will conduct background checks and credit analysis of borrowers, and prepare credit reports and risk analysis reports. You will present credit cases within the branch and at the head office in Taiwan, and track cash flow and carry out regular interim management after lending. You will work with the branch's compliance team and operations team and each department at the Taiwan head office, and also give work guidance to new employees.
