DutiesYou will oversee the risk management department at the bank's Japan base, and build and drive a comprehensive management framework for operational risk, credit risk, market risk and liquidity risk. 1. Establishing and driving the risk management framework Based on the risk appetite framework, you will formulate risk management strategy for all branches in Japan. In cooperation with the head office's risk management department, you will build an advanced risk management framework that complies with global standards and regulators. You will also formulate and revise internal rules on risk management, plan risk management for new products and services, verify and evaluate internal control processes as the second line of defense, and attend and report to the risk management committee, etc. 2. Team management You will form the risk management team, develop talent, and guide and evaluate work. You will plan and implement training to foster a risk culture among employees. 3. Stakeholder management You will report on risk status to the representative in Japan, provide advice to each department, communicate regularly with the head office's risk management department, and support dealings with regulators.
