In your first year, you will be the manager of one parking lot, managing on-site staff and drawing up and implementing plans to improve profitability, learning management hands-on in the field. From your 2nd to 3rd year, you will be involved in planning sales to building owners and, as an area manager, in developing juniors and subordinates.
