Duties[Detached rental housing division] Our company participates as a seller of newly built detached houses in Japan's first "rental detached house fund," and we newly established a dedicated department in 2025. We have already supplied about 2,000 houses and aim to expand to a scale of several thousand houses going forward. <Main duties> For areas requested by the asset management company, you will visit and call real estate companies to obtain information and purchase land for detached houses. You will be involved in the whole series of processes, from closely examining the requirements of acquired deals, creating business plans (plan review, cost check, adjustment of purchase price), and contract negotiations, to progress management from land handover through construction and completion. [Multi-unit housing division] This is a "venture within the business division" that newly launches a multi-unit housing business, making use of the integrated system from purchasing to construction to sales that we built up in detached houses. Currently we mainly develop wooden rental housing and plan to expand to other structures in the future. You will work as a core member of the business's growth. <Main duties> Acquiring land for apartments, business planning and income/expense design based on real estate market conditions and financial trends, drafting building concepts and product design, and overseeing the project through construction, sales and operation. [Information development division] A division responsible for acquiring "highly scarce land information" such as auctions and tenders, mainly for prime locations in the Greater Tokyo area. In an environment where you can come into contact with many properties, you will contribute to strengthening purchases for the detached house business. <Main duties> You will be in charge of collecting land information such as auction and tender deals, judging value through on-site surveys, creating business plans (closely examining plan, cost and sales plan), handling tenders, adjusting schedules after a purchase decision, and contract procedures.
