Duties《As a professional who brings out the full potential of real estate, you will handle sales for purchasing real estate land for corporate clients.》 ① Relationship building Visit real estate companies and build relationships of trust so they introduce land information to you. With long-term relationships in mind, you will do sales that "sell yourself," including your personality and responsiveness. ② Site inspection Actually investigate the properties introduced and comprehensively judge property value based on location characteristics and the surrounding environment. ③ Business plan formulation Assuming commercialization, create a business plan. Examine plans, costs, sales prices, conditions, etc. from multiple angles, and calculate an appropriate and competitive purchase price. ④ Negotiations Negotiate with real estate companies based on the calculated purchase price and conditions. Drive medium- to long-term projects, including not only price and conditions but also scheduling. ⑤ Contract procedures After a deal is reached, move on to contract work. You will be responsible for adjusting contract terms, checking sales contracts, circulating internal documents, etc. After training, taking into account your place of residence and aptitude, you are expected to be assigned to a business division in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama or Chiba
