DutiesYou will handle the full range of work in home sales. ・Customer acquisition: attract prospective home buyers through response-based sales, referral sales, new sales, etc. and get appointments with customers. ・Customer service: hear the desired conditions of customers who have made appointments and introduce recommended properties and their features. ・Showings: go beyond desk explanations and show customers the construction site and the inside of the building to help them picture living there. ・Creating payment simulations: using simple calculation software, propose the costs of buying real estate and payment simulations when using a loan. ・Contract procedures: when you successfully receive a contract, you may also handle having the contract documents signed and sealed.
