The target real estate investor customers are wealthy people with an annual income of 15 million yen or more. Customers mainly come from online inquiries and referrals. It doesn't end with a contract: by tracking, through a system, the handover as well as the investment performance and cost management of the properties customers purchased, and giving ongoing advice, you will lead to new contracts.
