DutiesThis is corporate sales, taking on construction of ready-built homes built by real estate companies and land developers. Main duties are sales activities to prospective new corporate clients, proposing and discussing construction of detached houses, preparing proposal materials and estimates, managing customer information and preparing contracts. There is no street canvassing or door-to-door sales to private homes at all. There is 2–3 weeks of training when you join, and after that you will learn the work through OJT.
