DutiesYou will deliver end-to-end automation solutions, including technical implementation of the ServiceNow platform, core systems and applications. Based on advanced knowledge of the ITOM Suite and CMDB, you will provide customer services such as event management, discovery, service mapping and orchestration. You will be responsible for architecting and developing customers' legacy solutions and converting them to ServiceNow, implementing ITIL processes, customizing workflows, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configuration. You will apply agile software development practices to organize and prioritize development work, coordinate with vendors and management, and ensure solution integration with other systems. You will also perform system integration using web services and web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP and REST/SOAP, and support junior analysts.
