DutiesYou will lead end-to-end implementation projects and meet business goals and client requirements. You will manage and guide a team of project managers and create and maintain comprehensive project plans including schedules, resource allocation, risk management and budget management. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, sales and external vendors, and give regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders. You will also analyze the existing As-Is architecture, do detailed solution design for modules such as TSM/CSM, TNI, SPM, SOMT and TSOM, design solutions on Salesforce Communication Cloud, create product catalogs and support data migration activities.
