DutiesYou will be responsible for implementing ServiceNow modules and for managing, improving and supporting the latest platform. You will lead the entire process of platform design, development and implementation, and enhance user interfaces, system properties, base data and existing workflows. You will develop using Glide objects such as GlideRecords, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate and GlideAjax, and drive the rollout of new applications. You will also perform system integration using web service technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP and REST/SOAP, support upgrade management, analyze problems, and build prototypes.
