DutiesYou will be in charge of interpreting for and supporting technical intern trainees from Myanmar. Acting as a language bridge, you will provide a wide range of support so that technical intern trainees can adapt to life and work in Japan with peace of mind. This is an important position that goes beyond simple interpreting and covers a wide variety of roles, from daily life and workplace adjustments to cultural adaptation. <Specific work> ・Interpreting and translating between trainees and company staff (meetings, training, work instruction) ・Supporting trainees' daily lives (daily life guidance, procedures at government offices, accompanying them to hospitals, housing-related support) ・Supporting trainees' labor management (checking work status, giving guidance, providing consultation) ・Explaining Japanese culture and workplace rules, supporting adaptation ・Other follow-up work so that trainees can work smoothly
