DutiesAs the face of the hotel, we will entrust you with front desk work welcoming guests and some restaurant work. ■Handling check-in and check-out You will greet arriving guests with a smile, confirm their reservation information, etc., and guide them politely. At check-out, you will handle payment and see them off. ■Answering the phone and accepting reservations You will receive reservations by phone or online and assign rooms according to availability. ■Customer service You will flexibly support hotel operations, such as responding to requests from staying guests, storing luggage before check-in, and arranging guest room cleaning after check-out. ■Administrative and accounting work You will use a PC to manage reservation information and calculate sales. ■Restaurant work When staying guests use the restaurant, you will guide them to their seats, replenish food, and clear tables.
