DutiesYou will be in charge of designing optimal logistics operations in line with the expansion of cross-border e-commerce, and driving improvement projects for logistics operations as a whole. You will design and monitor KPIs and manage daily operations, and drive the application of the latest technology and AI tools to the work and their implementation and adoption at logistics sites. You will also manage and develop members of the logistics planning section, handle organizational development and stakeholder management, and negotiate and coordinate with contractors and external parties. You will also provide flexible on-site management support when conditions on site become tight, and make quick decisions and responses when serious incidents occur.
