DutiesYou will be in charge of maintenance of production equipment at automaker and semiconductor manufacturer factories. Specifically, you will do patrol inspections and equipment inspections in the factory, periodic maintenance of equipment, and repairs when breakdowns occur. You will also create periodic maintenance and repair record data, enter data for trend management of devices and equipment, and carry out work efficiency and operational improvement activities. After joining, you start with about 1 month of training by dedicated instructors at the training center in Yokohama or Nagoya. Active engineers teach you directly, from business basics to semiconductor processes, safety education, and the fundamentals of electrical and electronic circuits.
