DutiesYou will be in charge of acquisition of income-generating real estate (condominiums, hotels, etc.). You will collect property information by visiting and contacting developers and general contractors, calculate yields, review income and expenditure plans, and purchase properties. You will also prepare sales contracts and important matters explanation documents, and follow up from negotiations with sellers through to settlement. We aim to conclude contracts by working as a team and sharing information quickly.
