DutiesYou will be responsible for acquisition sales of income-producing real estate such as condominiums and hotels invested in by overseas institutional investors. You will gather property information by visiting and contacting developers and general contractors, and calculate yields and examine income and expenditure plans. You will team up with the buyer-side salesperson and support the process through to contract signing in cooperation with researchers. You will also negotiate with sellers, investigate properties, prepare reports, and prepare sales contracts and explanations of important matters.
