DutiesIn the overseas sales department, you will be responsible for all sales administration work. About 70% of customers are overseas (China, Taiwan, Korea, the US, Southeast Asia, etc.), so the work mainly involves communication in English. Specifically, you will handle inquiries from sales staff and customers and coordinate with group companies (Taiwan, China). You will also be entrusted with preparing quotes, order management, delivery date coordination, export arrangements, data entry into the core system (SAP), and managing contracts and slips.
