DutiesYou will be in charge of a series of tasks related to AED recalls. 1. Shipping replacement units and collecting recalled products 2. Repairing recalled products and carrying out operation checks and inspections 3. Replacing pads inside AEDs 4. Shipping preparation (data entry, creating slips, packing, entering shipping records) 5. Returning units to existing clients and collecting replacement units In phone handling (about 10 calls per day), you will give notices that repairs are complete and answer product inquiries from distributors. Products that cannot be collected are disposed of.
