DutiesAs the head of sales and business development for a pet food business newly launching in Japan, you will lead from formulating business strategy to execution. Specifically, working with the manufacturing base in Mie Prefecture, you will develop new customers centered on White Label and Private Label. You will consistently handle everything from approaching pet food makers, retailers, trading companies, etc. to negotiating contracts on price, specifications, delivery, etc. You will also be involved in product planning tailored to market needs, such as premium and super-premium food and products using RAS salmon. This position manages sales, profit, EBITDA and KPIs, and is responsible for the numbers of the entire business.
