DutiesYou will be responsible for site management of new construction and renovation work on shrines, temples, cultural heritage buildings and general buildings. Your main duties will be process management, creating construction schedules and managing progress, and quality management, confirming that work is carried out according to design drawings and specifications. Safety management, arranging safety measures and the working environment on site, and cost management, managing budgets, materials and partner companies, are also important duties. You will also give construction instructions to partner companies and craftsmen, hold meetings with clients and designers, prepare various documents and manage photos, playing the role of moving the whole site forward smoothly.
