DutiesAt the hotel front desk, you will be in charge of all night-time customer service and administrative work. ・Handling check-in and check-out ・Confirming and modifying reservations, handling room changes ・Guiding guests (information about the area, the hotel, etc.) ・Storing and returning luggage ・Handling internal and external calls, arranging courier deliveries and taxis, issuing limousine bus tickets ・Handling on-request orders from staying guests (delivering amenities, etc.) ・Daily closing and cash closing work and operating related systems ・Assisting with operation of automatic check-in machines ・Greeting and seeing off guests ※To learn the work, there is an OJT training period of 2–3 months until you work independently.
