Duties[Short term (joining – 6 months)] ・Launching and operating the channels actually used by Chinese-speaking users (Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Douyin, Dianping) ・Account design, content planning, posting, reviewing metrics ・Planning and copywriting Chinese landing pages and ad creatives ※ Production can be outsourced, but you handle the planning and copy yourself ・Breaking down CPA, booking rate, visit rate and conversion rate, and analyzing and improving issues every week ・Joining counseling sessions at the store yourself to grasp the concerns and drop-off points of Chinese speakers as first-hand information [Medium to long term (6 months –)] ・Budget allocation decisions (deciding the budget allocation for each channel yourself) ・Engaging KOLs / influencers (daren), designing private traffic, and running communities such as WeChat groups ・Market research, competitor analysis and formulating entry plans for the Greater China region (mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong) ・Hiring and developing the next members in areas where a model has been established [Approximate work ratio] ・Operating Greater China channels / acquisition: 40% ・Creative planning / copywriting: 25% ・Metric analysis / investment decisions: 20% ・Drafting Greater China entry plans: 15%
