DutiesYou will analyze customers' issues and be involved in system development end to end, from requirements definition to development, operation and improvement proposals. Working with sales and PL/PM, you will handle meetings with customers, specification review, programming, various tests and continuous improvement after release. All projects are 100% prime contracts, so you will drive projects while communicating directly with customers. Using more than 200 in-house products and world-class data processing technology, this job supports the DX of major companies from the technical side through agile development. Specific duties: ・Meetings with customers and organizing business issues ・Requirements definition and specification review ・Design, programming and various tests ・System release and implementation support ・Operation and maintenance, incident response and feature improvement ・Improvement proposals to customers and planning additional features
