DutiesAt our company, which proposes land utilization for commercial real estate, you will be entrusted with maintaining existing buildings, drawing up plans for new construction, and design and supervision work. Specifically, you will do planning, prepare estimates, conduct site visits and survey for new building construction and renovations. You will also prepare repair plans for and manage properties managed by the company (about 600). Projects are mainly non-residential, such as commercial facilities and parking lots, and the ratio of new to existing is about 3:7. You will also accompany sales staff to make proposals, and visit and supervise construction sites. For small projects, each person handles 10–20, and you may also handle large projects (100 million yen or more).
