You will also handle legal consultations, compliance with the Payment Services Act, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, etc., and risk management. You will cover a wide range of legal areas, including corporate legal affairs such as general meetings of shareholders and board meetings, maintenance and management of trademarks and patents, preparation of documents submitted to public agencies, M&A, and dispute handling. The breakdown of work is 70% contract review and legal consultation, 20% corporate legal affairs, and 10% risk management and dispute handling.
