DutiesYou will be responsible for all aspects of KOL and influencer marketing, centered on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. This position handles everything end to end, from researching and selecting KOLs to planning, content direction, post-publication metrics analysis, and improvement. Specifically, you will create KOL candidate lists, reach out, negotiate terms, handle contracts and orders, ship products, and manage progress through to posting. You will also plan and create post themes, video structures and key selling points, check creatives, and give specific revision directions. After posting, you will analyze metrics such as views, engagement rate and CVR, and plan and execute continuation and improvement policies based on performance evaluations.
