DutiesAs the top person responsible for each site, you will oversee center management overall, including KPI management, hiring and profit (P/L) management. Specifically, you will accompany sales activities to identify customers' latent issues from an on-the-ground perspective, and proactively propose process improvements and DX combining AI and people. You will also hold P/L responsibility for the site, thoroughly improve productivity and operational efficiency, and drive the on-site transition to a next-generation profit model. Furthermore, in cooperation with the AI Strategy Division, you will introduce the latest AI processes on site and direct training to develop on-site staff and SVs into proactive DX proposers.
