DutiesYou'll manage the vice president's schedule, coordinate meetings and support day-to-day work. You'll arrange transportation and accommodation for business trips, receive visitors and handle registrations. You'll track and coordinate project progress, gather information, create materials and compile reports and data. You'll liaise and follow up with project stakeholders and share information with related departments and external partners.
