Duties経営者や富裕層を対象に、不動産経営コンサルティング＝一棟収益物件の取得から運用、売却での利益確定までの一貫した支援を提供します。顧客は企業オーナー、士業、開業医、IPOや事業売却を経験した創業者などです。取引対象は札幌市内と関東圏の物件が中心ですが、今後対象エリアを広げていく予定です。売却相談への対応：反響革命経由で売却相談のあった不動産オーナーと面談し、査定と売却戦略を提案して、販売条件などを決定します。購入希望顧客への提案：投資目的と資産背景を整理し、金利や出口まで含めたシミュレーションで物件を提案します。金融商品と比較検討する顧客が多いため、論理的な提案が求められます。融資から契約まで：融資の打診、商談と意思決定の支援、契約手続きを担います。書類作成などの事務は、専門チームが支援します。取得後の関係継続：運用中の顧客に定期的に市況や融資の情報を提供し、最適な売却時期を提案します。勤務地は東京オフィスです。札幌の物件調査やオーナーとの商談のため、月1回程度の札幌出張があります。一定の資産をお持ちの方にとって、一棟収益物件投資は本来、資産形成に組み込むべきものです。しかし実際には、「よく知らない」「何となく不安」という理由で敬遠する方が多いのも事実です。私たちは、不動産と経済や金融一般の専門知識をもとに、そういったハードルを取り除き一棟収益物件投資を広めることを使命としています。

Required一棟収益不動産の売買仲介・仕入・販売・土地活用提案のいずれかにおける経験（2年以上）富裕層向け不動産（戸建・区分マンション目安2億円以上）の売買仲介・販売経験（2年以上）銀行・証券・信託等での経営者・富裕層向け営業経験（3年以上、不動産未経験可） ※入社後に宅地建物取引士および普通自動車免許を取得していただきます

Preferred金融、税務、相続、事業承継に関する知見宅地建物取引士の資格
