Good to know before applying

  1. An attendance rate of 90% or more at your Japanese-language school is the application standard. If it is below 90% as of the end of January 2027, your acceptance is cancelled, and if your attendance rate drops, your reduction rank also drops.
  2. If, after you are accepted, a past violation of the work-permit conditions or a false statement in your application is found, your acceptance is cancelled. You submit copies of pay slips and bank books.
  3. Pay tuition by transfer from a bank in Japan. Transfers from abroad and cash are not accepted.
  4. If you withdraw by March 31, 2027, tuition and facilities fees are refunded (the screening fee and admission fee are not). From April 1, the one-year amount is not refunded.
  5. You must attend an open campus (online is OK) or an individual information session before applying
