Good to know before applying
- You must complete all three - online entry, payment of the screening fee and mailing of documents - by the deadline. Documents must arrive by Oct 29 (express or registered mail; EMS, etc. from abroad).
- You must have completed the full 6 years of middle and high school "in a country other than Japan" (geographically abroad; foreign-affiliated high schools in Japan are accepted on certain conditions, for Letters, Economics, Law, and Business and Commerce only).
- TOEFL iBT Home Edition, IELTS Online, etc. are not accepted. Tests must be taken between Dec 1, 2024 and Sep 30, 2026, and you must complete the procedure to send the official score report by Oct 29.
- Only EJU taken with Japanese-language questions is valid. Results from the English-language version are not valid.
- After applying, you cannot change your faculty, department, Gakumon or type of course of study. The entrance fee is not refunded in any case.
