Good to know before applying
- Admission A is only for people who hold a residence status and live in Japan at the time of application. Payments and mailed documents from outside Japan are not accepted (people living outside Japan use Admission B for the Department of International Studies).
- For Admission A, take the EJU of June or November 2026 in Japanese in the subjects designated by each department. If you apply planning to take it in November and do not actually take it, you are not evaluated even if you took the June session.
- Pre-enrollment education is required for the Departments of Art, Sociology, Social Work and International Studies. If you do not take it seriously, your admission may be canceled.
- The guarantor on the student registration card must be someone aged 25 or older who lives on an independent income (not a student). If you do not meet the conditions, you cannot complete the enrollment procedure.
- The admission fee is not refunded under any circumstances. Only if you complete the withdrawal procedure by March 31, 2027 is anything other than the admission fee refunded.
