Good to know before applying

  1. Applications from abroad are accepted for Round I and Round II only (Round II is for the Faculty of Global Studies only). In principle, people with the "Temporary Visitor" status of residence also apply to Round I and Round II only. Documents must arrive by EMS etc. by the application deadline.
  2. Certificates must be in Japanese, English, or Chinese. Other languages need a Japanese or English translation, certified by the school, an embassy, a translation company, etc. (a Japanese-language school's certification is not accepted).
  3. Only EJU taken in 2025 or later is valid. Submit one score only; you cannot submit several or change it after applying.
  4. If you do not hold the "Student" status of residence and do not apply to change to it, or your application is denied, the admission fee is not waived
  5. Application documents are not returned for any reason (if you cannot submit originals, a certified true copy). Incomplete documents and those arriving after the deadline are not accepted.
