Only people with a status of residence of Dependent, Permanent Resident, Long-Term Resident, or Spouse of Japanese National apply under the general guidelines. Student visa holders are not eligible.

Good to know before applying
- Recruitment of international students for both the October 2026 intake and the April 2027 intake has closed because the quotas were filled
- Under the guidelines for Japanese nationals, the only non-Japanese applicants who can apply are those with one of these statuses of residence: Dependent, Permanent Resident, Long-Term Resident, or Spouse of Japanese National
- If you withdraw by March 31, 2027, tuition and other fees except the admission fee are refunded. From April 1, nothing is refunded for any reason.
- Applications accepted until March 23, 2027, but they close earlier once the quota is filled
