Good to know before applying
- In principle, application documents are accepted only by mail from within Japan (if you are sending from outside Japan, inquire in advance).
- 'In a foreign country' means having had an address outside Japan; international schools inside Japan do not count.
- You need a phone number at which the university can reach you (if you have none, use the number of your Japanese language school or an acquaintance).
- The admission fee is not refunded under any circumstances. Remittances from financial institutions outside Japan are not accepted.
