DutiesYou'll arrange air and ocean imports. Main duties are taking requests to track cargo status, instructing and checking status with overseas subsidiaries by email, and checking schedules in the system. You'll also inform customers, adjust delivery dates, give customs clearance, delivery and billing instructions to the relevant teams, and answer questions about charges. Office work such as preparing cost estimates and quotes, issuing invoices, and creating some data is also included.
