DutiesYou'll recruit international students from Vietnam for our Japanese language department and support them in their daily lives. Main duties include preparing documents for the Tokyo Immigration Bureau, working with local agents, supporting students in Japan, interpreting, creating promotional materials, and management work. You'll also travel to Vietnam about 4 times a year and accompany business trips to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mongolia and other countries. The role also includes support work at the dormitory where the students live.
