DutiesYou'll develop grinding, polishing and cleaning processes for hard-to-process materials such as Si substrates, compound micro/nano substrates and glass substrates. You'll calculate and optimize process conditions for each device under development, and drive production engineering improvements such as transferring technology to mass production, improving yields and raising productivity. You'll also handle the introduction and startup of new equipment, and use your insight into grinding/polishing technology and market trends to set the direction for future development.
